Step 1: Register as an Employee

Create your employee account through the Employee Signup option on our website.
After successful registration, you will receive a unique Employee ID.
Keep your Employee ID safe, as it will be required for the next step.

Step 2: Complete Your Application Form

Use your Employee ID to fill out the Employee Application Google Form.
Click the button below to open the Google Form and submit the required details and documents.

Please make sure that all information provided in the form is accurate and that the required documents are uploaded before submitting the application.

Upload the required documents through the application form:
• Qualification Certificates
• Aadhaar ID
• Diploma / Experience Certificate
• Driving License (if required)

Step 3: Application & Document Verification

Our team will review the information and documents submitted in your application.
We may contact you if any additional information or clarification is required.

Step 4: HR Discussion & Role Orientation

After successful verification, our HR Team will connect with you to discuss your selected role, job responsibilities, service expectations, and other important company guidelines.
You will also be briefed on the RURAL SEVASATHI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work policies, and professional conduct requirements.

Step 5: Final Approval & Onboarding

After the HR discussion and successful completion of the required formalities, your application will proceed for final approval.
Once approved, your employee profile will be activated and you will be officially onboarded with RURAL SEVASATHI.

Step 6: Start Providing Services

Once your profile is activated, you can start receiving service requests based on your selected services and service areas.
Your Employee ID will be used as your official employee identification for communication and company records.
